KRAFTRINGEN VISUAL IDENTITY

CA Andersson played a key role in the launch of the Kraftringen brand in 2013. A specific date was set for the unveiling of the new identity. One of our tasks was to rebrand some 100 vehicles without revealing the secret, even though the vehicles were fully operational and out on the roads.
Almost 150 years after the first gas streetlight was lit in Lund, Kraftringen was born.

The company founded in 1863 was called Lunds Gasverk and later became Lunds Energi. In addition to the parent brand, the group included Höörs Energi, KREAB Energi, Kristianstadkraft, Nynäshamn Energi and Ringsjö Energi.

The launch was a textbook example of how to introduce a new corporate identity. Overnight, six brands were transformed into one.

On everything from business cards to power stations, the old logos had to be removed and replaced with the new one.
“CA Andersson was the natural choice of business partner in this process,” says Jim Nervall, who coordinated the project along with his colleague Pernilla Hall-Måryd.
“In addition to extensive expertise and technology, CA had the manpower to complete this major change process on a tight schedule. A task like this requires both technical and human resources.”

And CA Andersson delivered. Everything from business stationery and promotional materials to signage, flags, wraps, banners and vehicle graphics.
